They're committed to using the finest ingredients and combine best floor-malted English Maris Otter barley with chalk aquifer-percolated water, rich in natural ions and goodness to create our Mash. Once in the Brew Kettle, they add carefully selected hop varieties, chosen for their distinctive aroma and bittering qualities.
And, with a touch of Andwell's alchemy and years of experience, they transform the finest ingredients to bring you our Beautifully Crafted Hampshire Beers.
Andwell's Pilsner lager is slow matured for six weeks for real taste, while the refreshing Gold Muddler is a lovely balanced blonde ale. Also available at Redh is zesty amber Resolute bitter and King John pale ale.
