VIPA is a Vermont style IPA. It is on the soft side with its mouthfeel, has a bright golden colour and hazy, cloudy appearance to the eyes. The hop flavour and aroma is slightly more pronounced and the bitterness is dialled back, allowing for a balance between the malt and the hops.
