Copperfield - London Dry Gin
The Surrey Copper Distillery is an independent craft distillery aiming to create a library of distinguished spirits inspired by history and reflecting the very essence of England. The recipe for their London Dry Gin is based on a recipe by Ambrose Cooper first published in 1757. The ingredients include 10 selected botanicals; juniper, lemon peel, elderflower, angelica, cubeb berries, caraway, orris root, liquorice, cardamom and coriander. The name 'Copperfield' is derived from the Charles Dickens classic novel.
