Psychopomp have produced the first English Aquavit (They mis-spell it as 'Aqvavit' on purpose as other terms are geographically protected under EU law). The aqvavit is in the Danish Style (their favourite) being heavy on the dill seed. It is a fantastic substitute for gin in most drinks, including with tonic.
